I posted an extensive review of this scope at birdforum.net. This scope's performs optically at a level three times its current cost. I compared it directly with the Pentax equivalent and was floored by the fact that the Celestron was entirely comparable in every optical category and actually provided better contrast. Impressive!Mechanically I have not had any problems with it and the fine focus/course focus combination is very good as well.The only real negative is that it is a heavy scope.If you are looking for big cost performance at a very affordable price then I highly recommend this scope.
