I've only used it a couple of times thus far but the image quality is great and you won't be disappointed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. I use it for birding. My only criticism is minor stuff and not related to the actual image quality which is obviously the most important factor. I don't find that the objective lens sun shield slips out too easily as mentioned in other reviews and I like how it moves. I find that there is a little too much resistance with the corse focus but the fine focus is easily adjusted with one finger. I don't wind up using the corse focus much. The objective lense cap though is too tough to get on and off and there should be a way to have it connected to the scope. I used a string to attach the magnification lens cap to the scope. But I can't find any obvious place on the scope for the string attachment for the objective lens. The cover is adequate but my tripod head arm gets in the way when folding the cover down to have the velcro connect underneath the scope(which keeps the cover down out of the way for viewing). I haven't used the digiscoping connector yet b/c none of the rings fit in my camera. I was going to get another camera anyway so I wasn't too disappointed.
