Kowa 77mm/88mm 30x Wide Angle Eyepiece

Long gone are the tiny fixed power eyepieces of the past. The newer generation eyepieces are BIG, and they perform big as well. This eyepiece offers a good field of view (about 125' at 1000 yards). The image is bright and very sharp. Eye relief is adequate for eyeglass wearers. To me 30X is the perfect compromise in a spotting scope, adequate magnification, relatively wide field of view, bright, and potentially very sharp. This lens has all those attributes. In addition, it will never unscrew or come loose since there's a locking button that holds it in place. I'll probably never take it off my scope.
