Well fitted case
Audrey M. from Lenexa, KS
This is a great protective case, well fitted. Like the other reviewer, I didn't like that the lens caps could not be used with the case on and the angle swivel could not be used. If you do not need to swivel the eyepiece end , this is a great case and I would recommend it. I must use the swivel feature often so I sent it back. Sure wish it would work with the case on.
Really nice, but not awesome
Jordan from La Grande, OR
This spotting scope case fits like a glove. It looks super classy and is tough. My only problem with it is that once it's on the scope there is no room to keep the lense cap on. For the price of the case I would prefer if I could either a.)keep the cap on when the case is on or b.) have the end of the case have a hard plastic insert or something more than cordura to protect the lense.
One more consideration is that on an ATM you can rotate the whole body of the scope when it's mounted on a tripod/window mount. This is a very handy feature to bring the eye piece lower without having to adjust the height of your tripod. However, when the case is on you can not use this feature of the scope. Honestly though, I don't konw how Swarovski could have designed a stay on case that also allows one to rotate the scope as described. Overall, I'd say this is a pretty solid case and I use it all the time. Definitely cheap insurance for an expensive peice of equipment.
swarovski 65 angled scope case
Clifford from Santa Cruz, CA
I was reticent to buy this since it is not exactly cheap. However in line with my 10% expenditures on trip insurance and such, I decided that the protection provided to a really expensive scope justified it. It is actually a complex multi-part case. All of the parts fit exactly and stay attached while allowing easy access to focus, sun shade and protecting the scope from scratches, dings (and possibly worse). Happy to have it and it is worth the extra expense.
