high dollar product low dollar customer service - 01/26/2013

by eric d. from wyoming

binocs products not life time warranty only until 1998. good glass, but terrible customer service. they loose your product sent in for warranty and you have to trace it down yourself. mailed back to a wrong address. like a car dealership, because it was a used product{looked through}they will not give you your purchase price towards a new pair for their mistake. want you to kick in 1300 dollars towards new ones. own several leica products which are very good, but because of the very poor customer service go with zeiss!just as good, not quite as expensive and good customer service. companies that sell you somthing , get the money and leave you stranded can not go on and get away with this. people need to know! this write up does not reflect on this web page seller, just leica costomer service.
