Multiply your enjoyment of the Razor HD spotting scope with this digital camera adapter. Use the Razor DCA and one of the included adapter rings to digiscope with a DSLR camera and its 50 mm lens.
You can also attach a point-and-shoot camera with a 3-4x optical zoom to the Razor DCA and the 37mm threads of the Vortex PS-100 Point-n-Shoot Attachment (sold separately).
This adapter still allows you to easily adjust the scope's magnification and eyecup while offering the fit you need for getting the perfect photograph. The Razor DCA comes with the Vortex Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Great product, didn't work for my camera

I was really excited about this digiscoping adapter, and out of the box it seemed promising. Well made, with a wide range of adapters to fit on pretty much any size camera. If you have a DSLR, this should be perfect for you. However, I have a hybrid-type camera, the Nikon Coolpix P520. Its a decent birding camera with an incredible 42x zoom lens. While there seem to be threads on my lens, I just couldn't get the adapter to screw on securely. It wasn't a size issue- the 52mm bracket really should have fit. I think the problem is my camera, not the adapter. Everything else about this package seems great, it was easy to attach to my Razor scope, etc. Sadly, I had to return this item, but will probably order again someday if and when I splurge for a better camera.

The Vortex Digital Camera Adapter is easy to attach to camera and scope. Practice and patience is required acquiring and focusing the image through the scope and onto the camera. A tripod is essential and the weight of the camera can pull down on the scope making an unstable situation. I have made a few good shots during the short time I have had the adapter.
Very easy to use

The Vortex digital camera adapter works very well. I like the fact that I can use the zoom eye piece while it is sill on the scope, makes finding subject very fast.
