Crossfire 8 X 32 - 04/12/2012

by Bruce from St. Paul, MN

I like the heft and shape of these binoculars. They are not as heavy as my old 7 X 35 pair and fit my hands much more comfortably. It is easy to adjust the interocular distance of the barrels and to focus. I wear no-line bifocals and this pair adapts well to them, unlike my older ones.

Vortex Crossfire 8x32 binoculars - 02/22/2012

by Dave from N.E. Oho

I received my Crossfire 8x32 Binoculars today. I ordered them for an upcoming hog hunt. I have compared them to my Pentax 12X50 porro glass that I have been using. I wanted a smaller, water proof pair for this trip. I found the image quality is just as good as my more expensive Pentax glass. I am really impressed with these binoculars for the price, features, and warranty. This is my 3rd Vortex product purchase and I have received great value for my dollars spent with all three.

Weird glare - 02/15/2012

by Piranga from Maryland

These binoculars are generally good. They are light and give a good view compared to some higher quality optics. But there is a weird glare on the lenses that does not come off. Anything I was looking at in the bottom portion of the field of view was slightly hard to see due to the glare. Not sure what could have caused that, or if it was unique to my binoculars.
