Nikon EDG 10x32, hidden features. - 01/18/2013

by Anders L. from Stockholm, Sweden

Its backlighting properties are outstanding. Optically perfect! I previously owned a Swarovski Swarovision 10x32. The backlighting properties of that one was so bad, that I recently changed it in favour for the Nikon EDG. The close distance of the EDG is not 2.5m as stated in the specs but 1.8m !! It´s very easy to check that. On the minus side is that the focusing wheel easily by accident can move the diopter wheel that is situated under the focusing wheel. This wheel unfortunately has no click stops that prevent this movement.

Anders
