I couldn't believe how clear and bright these binos were. they are also very easy to use with eye glasses. for the money, the best glasses I have ever ordered.

Great Value; Low Cost - 11/28/2013

I've owned Swarovski, Zeiss, Pentax, Celestron, and other high and mid priced bins, and for the money, these Bushnell Porro Prisms are pretty hard to beat. I have a problem getting enough eye-relief; these are the only mid-sized bins I've ever found that give me the same field of view with or without my glasses on. Close focus isn't very good, so wouldn't work for butterfly watchers, but great buy for beginning birders or experienced birders to stick away in the car glove compartment.

Outstanding value! - 10/08/2013

I just purchased a pair of these binos and am extremely pleased with the image clarity and sharpness to the edge of its wide field. They are extremely compact and provide a bright image near dawn and dusk. I've had many binoculars in my time including high dollar roof prism designs, but as I age, I find higher powers including 8x too unsteady for comfortable detailed viewing. I can now hold these binos for lengthy, rock steady periods without shakiness or fatigue. They were rated as a "Great Buy" by Outdoor Life which also piqued my interest for acquiring the product. The only downside was the supplied neckstrap did not fit this smaller binocular. Eagle's customer service was very responsive to my needs and supplied me with smaller strap that fits their also superb Kingbird bino. Bushnell needs to address this oversight concernng strap size for this unit.

I've been dealing with Eagle Optics off and on for at least twenty years. To put it simply their staff and business practices are world class. : )
