Eye cup re-design is a bummer - 01/11/2010

by Jay from VA

These used to be great Binoculars, but now that they have changed the eye cup design they aren't very good in the field. I bought eight new pairs of these and after 2-3 months of use I have had to send back 5 pairs for repair. I won't buy these again. those that didn't totally break are all jammed up with sand because they swivel cup is impossible to keep clean. Bring back the old rubber eye cups please!
