Excursion EX Birder 7x36 - 07/21/2011

by Chuck Slugg from Cape May ,NJ

I purchased these for my 7 year old grandaughter when she was having problems with a stiff focus wheel on her Leupold Yosemites. She found the Bushnells easier to focus although a focus wheel that locks when pushed down seems superflous. At this price point these binoculars seem sturdy and they aren't bad optically either. The generous field of view is hepful with someone that is not experienced using binoculars and is trying to look at birds and they are a good size for small hands.

Bushnell Binoc - 07/31/2010

So far I'm happy with the Excursion. It has the same optical properties as binocs that cost more, and they work as well. Fast shipment too.
